If we speak about magnetic water, it is difficult to imagine that water showed any magnetic properties. However, in conditions of very weak magnetic fields (1000 times lower than the Earth’s magnetic field), it is possible to observe an amazing phenomenon – you can see the difference between ortho and para spin isomers of water molecules.
The state of the so-called magnetic water is possible probably due to the presence of different nuclear spin states. Magnetic water is such a water that has structure ordered under the influence of a magnetic field. In general, any water from open sources is considered magnetic, since our planet is one large magnet. Depending on the pole which magnetizes water, we can speak about “northern” and “southern” water. Magnetic water is often used to treat various diseases. But the therapeutic effect of such water is not proven with a sufficient amount of experimental data.
But magnetic water treatment proved to be very effective against scale. The acceleration of the process of mineral impurities crystallization in the water that was exposed to such treatment leads to a significant reduction in the particle size of scale-forming salts. As a result, their subsidence on the walls of apparatuses and pipes almost ceases.
