The text of SanPiN document № 2.1.4.1116-02 «Drinking water. Hygienic requirements for the quality of water packaged in containers. Quality control» refers to the standard for silicates (concentration in water is determined by the concentration of Si). In addition, it assigns a second hazard class to silicates. Indeed, there are quite toxic compounds among silicates, for example, silicates of cobalt, zirconium and other metals. However, the presence of silicon in water in the form of metasilicic acid is not a reason for concern. On the contrary, bioavailable silicon is a panacea for diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, since it neutralizes aluminum in the body, which provokes the above mentioned diseases. Bioavailable silicon (in the form of metasilicic acid dissolved in water) increases pH level of water to 8–9, while the water remains drinking (not mineral). Due to this unique feature, this water can be used as an excellent «deoxidizer» for the body.
